※Applicants holding both Korean and other foreign citizenship can’t apply to our university
- (1) Both the applicant and his/her parents are not citizens of Korea
- (2) Overseas Korean residents and foreign students who have completed their entire elementary, junior, high school and undergraduate education outside of Korea

Academic Qualifications
- Applicants must hold, or expect to hold prior to entering HBNU, bachelor‘s degrees or its equivalent (or higher) degree from an accredited college or university.
